Our apartment is easily accessible by plane, car, train, bus or by boat!  Nice airport is 20 minutes away and the 250 bus stops 0.5m away or get an UBER direct to the door for under 35e.  You can park nearby.  We are in a pedestrian area so you will need to park either on nearby streets (free during the weekend) or in secure carpark - but we do recommend you pre book to get the best rates
